Check that the workstation is logged on by the student/employee who is trying to print from that station.
You won't be able to print from that workstation if it is logged on by someone else.
The Student/employee will need to save their work to a USB, log off that workstation and logon another workstation using their own Username and Password, and resend their job to print.
