Unsuccessful Authentication on MFD

The message Unsuccessful AUTHENTICATION failed please login displayed on the MFD means the card is either not linked in Papercut or may have an incorrect Card/Identity number assigned.

  1. Follow the steps for assigning a card in Papercut; Students,  Employees.
  2. Go back to the MFD, tap the card again to logon.
  3. If the card still does not work refer to IT.
