Each campus will have a workroom printing/copying card in the vicinity of the workroom MFD that can be used when there are printing/copying issues.
If the card goes missing or stops working:
- Open Papercut Admin.
- Search for the appropriate generic user ID: libc, libl, libr, libs.
- Take a blank Student card and tap it in the Secondary field.
- Write the appropriate generic account (e.g. libc) on the card and place in the designated spot near the workroom MFD.
