Whether you submit an essay, give an oral presentation, give a presentation with PPT slides, create a video or a webpage, or create an output in any other format, you will always need to cite any sources from which you borrowed information. Below are some suggestions on how to incorporate citations in your presentations.
For an oral presentation, whether you do them in person in the classroom or in a live online class, you may want to mention the sources verbally and list them on a handout. You can distribute the handout in person or post it online to your Moodle course site.
In these presentations, whether you are using the PowerPoint or video in an in person or in a live online class, you may want to include in-text references at the bottom of a slide or video and put the full citations in a reference list at the end.
In an infographic, add the in-text citation either directly as you usually would, or list them in a margin on the right or left if this is not possible or would be too distracting. Include the full citation at the bottom of the infographic.
If you are creating a webpage for an assignment, include in-text citations as you would in a written assignment and put the list of references at the bottom of the page.
