Annual Review of Psychology - The "most cited", "most downloaded" and "top scoring reviews on Altmetric" on this website, will give you an idea of the popular research areas.

Clinical Psychology Review - You also want to look at the "top cited" and "most downloaded" lists here. Note: this is a subscription journal so you'll need to use your KPU login to access it off campus.
