Linking to Articles in Gale Databases

  1. Connect to the database from our main database menu and search for your article.
  2. At the bottom of the record page, below the citation, is a document URL. The persistent link will look like this:
    http://go.galegroup.com/ps/i.do?id=GALE%7CA281900476&v=2.1&u=kwantlenuc_lib&it=r&p=CPI&sw=w
  3. To ensure access to the article from off campus, add the following prefix to the persistent link URL:
    https://ezproxy.kpu.ca:2443/login?url=
  4. The complete URL will look like this: https://ezproxy.kpu.ca:2443/login?url=http://go.galegroup.com/ps/i.do?id=GALE%7CA281900476&v=2.1&u=kwantlenuc_lib&it=r&p=CPI&sw=w

Gale Databases

  1. Connect to the database from our main database menu and search for your article.
  2. Look near the top right of the page for the "Get Link" button. You can copy the document URL from there.
  3.
