Payments & Refunds: Papercut

Overview

  1. Students can deposit funds to their Papercut accounts online while on campus using debit (must have a Visa or Mastercard logo on the card) or credit.
    • Deposits cannot be made to Papercut from off campus.
  2. Library staff  can deposit funds for printing (Student and Guest accounts) via the Library POS and Webcashier.
    • Deposits made via the Library POS will be manually added to Webcashier by Library Staff.
  3. Money encoded can be used on the Library public printer/copiers and for printing in the Learning Centre.
  4. Money encoded to Papercut cannot be used to pay fines, pay for parking, purchase items at the cafeteria, etc.
  5. If the card is lost, the balance in the Papercut account remains and will automatically transfer over when a new card is issued.
