Payments & Refunds: Online Via My Account

Via My Account

  1. On the Library Webpage, click on My Library Account and Login.
  2. Click on the Fines & Bills tab.
  3. Under Current Fines/Blocks:
    • To pay individual bills:
      • Deselect Select All checkbox.
      • Select the appropriate bills.
      • Click on the Pay bills button.
    • To pay all the bills off at once:
      • Checkmark the Select All checkbox.
      • Click on the Pay bills button.
  4. A summary of the bills being paid will display.
  5. Scroll down to the Checkout section and fill in the relevant information.
    • The patron can pay using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Visa Debit or Mastercard Debit.
  6. Click on Checkout at the bottom of the screen.
  7. A confirmation will display on screen and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address entered on the form.

Note: There may be up to a 60 minute delay between online payment and the automatic removal of library registration holds. If students need access to register sooner, and their fine has been paid down to less than $50, they can contact the Service Counter to have their hold lifted.
