Indigenous peoples in Canada are the "youngest and fastest growing human resource" (Indigenous Works, para. 2) in Canada, yet they are underrepresented in the Canadian workforce (Indigenous Works). The resources below will offer some tips on the recruitment and retention of Indigenous employees.
