Wolters Kluwer collects your Personal Information on behalf of Kwantlen Polytechnic University (“KPU”) in accordance with section 26 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (“FIPPA”), R.S.B.C. 1996, c.165 for the purposes of providing access to a medical and drug reference database for student use that complies with the Terms of Services for UpToDate’s use. The personal information collected will include registration information consisting of student names and KPU email contact information, and tracking information consisting of geolocation and IP address information. All of your personal information managed by Wolter’s Kluwer will be disclosed and stored internationally.
