KPU Library has updated our study room booking interface. The online booking system will go live on Tuesday, August 1 and will be mobile friendly.
Study rooms remain available for a maximum of 2 hours and with a 1 booking per day limit. You can only book a study room 14 days in advance.
Here is how to book a study room:
Visit https://www.kpu.ca/library/study-rooms
When you first login, you will be prompted to choose a location.
You can search here by Time or by Space.
To search by Time:
Select a Date using the calendar, then select a Time using the From and Until fields.
Click on Search
Alternative times will be suggested if there is no exact match.
Click on Book Now and complete the form to book your study room. Once this is done, you will receive a booking confirmation.
To Search by Space
If you would like to search the availability of a particular room, click the Search by Space Tab
In the Seat / Space Name field, enter the room number.
Then click on the Show Availability button. This will bring up the first 2 hour slot available, but you can scroll through to find the time you would like.
Once you select the time you would like, click Submit Times at the bottom of the screen, then Continue at the terms and condition screen. Finally click Submit my Booking.
