Please be aware that we are now in the final stages of preparation to move our Library servers from Symphony (Workflows) to a cloud-based server from our current on-premise server. This migration will take place from approximately 5:00 pm on Sunday, April 27 until 9:00 am on Monday, April 28. Here’s what you can expect during this time:
Standalone will be used for loans at the Service Counter.
Patrons will not be able to place holds via the catalogue.
My Library Account will not be available.
Availability information won’t display in the catalogue (due date, number of holds).
Our databases and other online resources will be unaffected.
We will not be able to issue student/employee ID cards.
It will not be possible to place interlibrary loan requests.
You will be able to search the catalogue from these sources:
Enterprise at https://kpu.ent.sirsidynix.net/client/en_CA/default
Note that current item status, placing holds and My Account will not work during the transition.
