Description

This website lists the data files that are part of Statistics Canada’s Data Liberation Initiative (DLI) collection. It does NOT link to the files. To access most of the files, KPU users can go to the Statistics Canada Rich Data Services (RDS) site.

*Exceptions: the Postal Code and Discharge Abstract Database files must be requested from the KPU Data Librarian. They are not available through RDS.

Please note that the following DLI data portals have been decommissioned:

  • NESSTAR: ceased in July 2022
  • Web Data Service (WDS): ceased March 31, 2020
