External Groups must either have a current KPU employee as a contact to book and borrow Library Equipment for them. Or, they must request equipment through External Room Bookings in advance. External Room Bookings will consult with the Equipment Desk to discuss availability of equipment and arrangements for pickup and delivery.
KPU employees hosting an internal event or meeting can request, borrow and pickup equipment directly from the Equipment Desk.
