Ensure equipment and DVDs/videos will be there when you need them by requesting them ahead of time. Submit your requests as early as possible.

If you are requesting the same DVD/video to be used at more than one campus, please submit all requests at one campus.
If you are submitting requests on behalf of another instructor, please let us know.
Delivery Timelines
Monday to Friday: next day delivery if your request is received before 2pm. After 2pm, delivery is in 2 business days.
Next day delivery is only possible if your request is received before 2pm and the item is available.
Delivery of DVDs or videos from another institution takes approximately 10 working days. Request them through Interlibrary Loan.

If you need equipment within 3 working days, please call or visit us in person.
Streamed videos do not have to be booked, search the Library catalogue to find the title when you are ready to show the film in your classroom then click on the Online Access link to run the video.
Save time and make it easy to find the streamed video you want! Use the Permalink option on the catalogue's menu bar to save a persistent link to the title for future use.

If your students will all need to do a presentation in class, please book the required equipment for all the dates/times as described on the Equipment Request Form page so we can ensure the equipment will be be available.
