Papercut: Assigning a Card

Can a Student/Employee Print when they have not yet been issued a card?

Yes.  A card is not required to print or copy. 

Printing

  1. The student or the employee can release print jobs from their desktop or
  2. They can release the print jobs by manually logging into the MFD (entering their username and password) via the screen on the unit.

Copying

A student or an employee can access copying by manually logging into the MFD via the screen on the unit.  They will need to enter their username and password.
