While physical distancing is in effect, staff will troubleshoot issues over the phone or while behind the acrylic screen at the Service Counter.

Map a Printer & Install printer manually

The map printer icon is only available on the Student or Guest desktop.  Employees will need to call IT at 604-599-2116

  1. Minimize all applications so you can see the desktop.
  2. On the desktop, double-click on the Map Printer icon. It can take up to 1 minute for the printers to appear. 
  3. Check if the correct printers are installed.
