While physical distancing is in effect, staff will troubleshoot issues over the phone or while behind the acrylic screen at the Service Counter.

Log off a workstation

Ask Action/Response
Ask if they have saved their work to a USB or emailed it to themselves.

Work saved to the Desktop is deleted at shutdown. 

  1. Users need to save work to USB or email it to themselves before logging off. 
  2. To shut down, click the start button, then hover over the User Login, click log off, NOT disconnect. Disconnect does not log off the workstation.
