How do I logon a Workstation Students/Employees

Questions to Ask Action/Response
Are you a student, employee or other?
  1. Provide  applicable login credentials, and refer the user to a workstation to logon.
  2. Still having problems? Refer the user to IT 604-599-2116.
  3. User in a hurry? Refer user to Auto logged on station.
  4. No Auto logged on station available? Suggest they use their own device and sign on the KPU Guest Wifi.


Not a student/employee? Guests
