While physical distancing is in effect, staff will troubleshoot issues over the phone or while behind the acrylic screen at the Service Counter.

During physical distancing, patrons will be directed to call the Service Counter phone number for help troubleshooting over the phone. With limited number of staff on campus, all staff on campus will be required to troubleshoot in the areas below, over the phone.
Public Areas in the library are those defined as outside the two Service points in each library; Service Counter & Information Desk.
