If we don't receive an address from you, your hold will be cancelled.
How do I track my order?
» Log in to My Library Account
» Click on the Holds tab and check the Status column. See below for definitions.
» No longer listed on the Holds tab? Click on the Checkouts tab. If it is on loan to you, it is on its way.
Pending: We've received your request
External: We're waiting for your mailing address (employees only)

Please allow the library a few days to process your order. Once mailed, the length of time to receive your package depends upon Canada Post delivery times.
